- This is the second contract to use the SeaPort electronic portal.
- The Cape Henry Associates Team provides professional program management, logistics, engineering, and financial management services in 22 functional areas of the statement of work.

Sponsored by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) the SeaPort Enhanced Contract is a 15-year, multiple-award ID/IQ contract. It provides all aspects of professional support services required by the Navy’s SYSCOMs and their related Program Executive Offices (PEOs) and field activities. The SeaPort Enhanced Contract has a total ceiling of $41.7 billion.
Services Covered under SeaPort Enhanced
The SeaPort Enhanced Contract provides a vehicle to procure professional program management, engineering, logistics and financial management support services for authorized users through all phases of ship, aircraft, and weapon system life cycle, which include:
- technology development
- concept exploration
- design
- specification development
- construction/production
- test and evaluation
- certification
- operation
- maintenance
- improvement/ modernization
- overhaul and refueling
- salvage and disposal

CHA Experience
Cape Henry Associates is a rapidly growing company headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia. We are developing a growing reputation for producing Human System Integration (HSI) and Workforce Engineering projects for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, and other federal departments and organizations. Cape Henry Associates is a relatively young company founded in 2004, however, our staff members have been performing this type of work for more than twenty years. Our staff includes four seasoned graduates of the Navy School of Work Study and two Navy Post Graduate School-designated Manpower Specialists. Collectively, our team has been developing manpower projection products since 1983. Cape Henry Associates has a growing reputation for developing a variety of top quality manpower, personnel, training and workload projection analysis products for our government clients. We provide our customers with solutions in the areas of manpower requirements and training impact analysis, Job Task Analysis, and Training System Plan development.
Through our partnership with our Prime Partners and all partners under the Seaport-Enhanced banner we are able to accomplish all 22 functional areas in the statement of work.
