Navy Training System Plan (NTSP) Development
The NTSP is the primary document that contains the “who, what, when, where, how, and how much?” for training support for a new system or ship class. It is critical that the NTSP be a complete, viable plan that reflects the methodology for analyzing, designing, developing, producing, implementing, evaluating and maintaining manpower/personnel and training (MP&T) solutions that will ensure transfer of training to the job.
With access to all the major MP&T, Logistics and Configuration Management databases, we ensure that the NTSP accurately reflects current fleet requirements and future developments. A thorough knowledge of the Navy E-Learning network and future plans for training delivery in the Integrated Learning Environment (ILE) ensures that Program of Record requirements meld with future Naval Training goals. We have worked with the OPNAV N12 and N76 staff, Naval Manpower and Analysis Center (NAVMAC), the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC), Naval Sea System Command (NAVSEA), Type Commanders (TYCOM), Fleet Training Centers (FTC) and Afloat Training Groups (ATG) to ensure an accurate final product is delivered to the Program Managers to ensure timely processing and approval of the final NTSP.
